Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and large-scale initiatives through moments of real change and complexity – growth, mergers, acquisitions, strategic shifts, the list goes on. I know how much organizations ask of their leaders.

Along the way, I learned that leadership is never just about strategy, execution, or results – it’s about how leaders show up for themselves and the people around them.

Some of the moments I’m most proud of have nothing to do with a project or a program. They’re the moments when team members shared that my leadership changed how they think about caring for themselves at work — that modeling resilience, boundaries, and humanity made them better leaders for their own teams and better humans for their own lives.

Those experiences shaped how I approach this work.

I believe organizations perform best when leadership development and organizational change are treated as connected work. And I believe the most impactful leaders are those who can pursue meaningful results while remaining grounded in who they are.
